Where maintenance is concerned, technicians carry out rigorously
supervised and audited inspections to ensure that safety
procedures, control of food preparation and storage facilities are
monitored regularly.

Ivory Kitchen introduced the HACCP Food Safety Program in
2015 and audited independently every 6 months to ensure that
high product safety standards are continuously maintained.
