Terms & Conditions
The Account holder must make full payment for meals ordered via PayPal Australia.
There are no additional establishment or transactional fees charged to Ivory Kitchen customers for use of Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or Diners Club with PayPal.
No payment = No processing of Meal orders.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Ivory Kitchen containing your payment details (if you have provided the correct email address).
There will be no refunds where the Customer has not adhered to the payment terms and policy of PayPal Australia.
Meals ordered and paid for are processed immediately, they will then be delivered the next scheduled delivery day.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Ivory Kitchen containing your order details (Please ensure you have provided the correct email address).
Delivery areas are Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane (North and South side). Please ensure your postcode is included on our Delivery Area List of postcodes.
Delivery addresses may not be altered once an Order has been placed.
Delivery days are set for your area and cannot be changed. You must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
Customers will receive one delivery per order and the delivery addresses and days cannot be altered.
Our delivery couriers have set routes and cannot alter or provide precise delivery times.
Ivory Kitchen does not accept any liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Ivory Kitchen will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Delivery Days & Cut Off Times
Weekly cut off times and delivery days cannot be changed. Please refer to the list of Postcodes for Delivery Days and Cut Off Times.
Ivory Kitchen reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off times without notice.
Due to the nature of our business Ivory Kitchen requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by calling 1300 765 447.
Refunds and Returns
Ivory Kitchen will not replace or refund any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Ivory Kitchen within 24 hours of delivery if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal. Please phone 1300 765 447. Missing meal items will be refunded to the customer by the same payment method.
If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, please contact Ivory Kitchen on 1300 765 447 within six (6) hours to organize a delivery pick-up of that order – Failure to do so will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, you will then be charged for the order.
Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to Courier Depot.
Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at the Courier Depot for two days only and the Customer must make arrangements with Ivory Kitchen to pick up their order.
Customer orders not picked up within two (2) days of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.
Ivory Kitchen will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Ivory Kitchen will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.
Ivory Kitchen will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Allergies & Pregnancy Related
Ivory Kitchen strongly suggests that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming Ivory Kitchen meals
It is the Customers responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before purchase. While Ivory Kitchen takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.
Ivory Kitchen accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Ivory Kitchen meal/product – this also applies to expecting mothers.
