Sivakumar Kanason, warmly known as Siva is reputable in the industry as a skilled culinary professional for his comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine and innovative approach in his craft. As the Group Executive Chef of Ivory Kitchen, Siva is highly proficient in kitchen operations and management with distinct expertise in designing recipes specifically in accordance with special dietary requirements of medical patients – the concept behind Ivory Kitchen.
Siva began his career at Shangri-La, Singapore as a commis in the butchery department. It didn’t take long before he was promoted as lead cook, chef de partie, caterer, head chef and formerly as executive sous chef. A man of many admirable achievements, undeniably well-versed in the art of cookery and naturally gifted in creating high quality dishes from authentic to fusion to signature. There is no limit to what he can create with a functional incentive.

Business Development Manager
Trevor Seeto is an accomplished hospitality professional notably skilled in the delivery of service and operations. As the business development manager of Ivory Kitchen, Trevor brings on-board a chock-full of experience in restaurant and pub management. Formerly, the Operations Manager of the infamous Plough Inn at Southbank, his passion in service delivery seems to grow by the day. As an outstanding team player himself, Trevor believes that predominant and consistent teamwork is what creates harmony among staff, making work pleasurable and meaningful.
Born in Papua New Guinea and raised in Australia, Trevor had early ambitions to pursue a career in Marine Biology, where he is qualified with a Bachelor of Science and Post-Graduate Diploma in Marine Science (Aquaculture). This is the bizarre thing about life – you never know what’s around the corner and a sudden calling changes your whole game plan. Twenty-two years later, Trevor is excited to work with Siva again, this time in united vision and in-sync to bring products that will potentially help many people improve and promote better health and wellness – Bon appetit!
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Fitria Sari is an accredited practising dietitian (APD) with a Bachelor degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She is a food loving dietitian who thoroughly enjoys and is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals. Fitria can assist with a variety of different health conditions including diabetes, iron deficiency, heart disease, food allergies/intolerances, bowel issues as well as general weight loss and healthy lifestyle advice. She understands that there is no one diet that fits all, and therefore provide personalised advice that is practical, culturally appropriate and tailored to each client’s needs.
